Join Diane, Jim and Nick for our monthly Lab in Troy. This space is really wonderful and the Troy vibe is artsy and hip. Join us after at the C. Lucas Wine Bar for a glass of wine and a bite to eat to share your experience.

Hot Yoga Saratoga, Saratoga Springs, NY
Sunday the 15th of December @ 6pm
Yin Yoga and Gongs
$15-$25 suggested donation
Our first event at Hot Yoga Saratoga will be a fundraiser Africa Yoga Project that Cindy is heading up. We are trying something new by combining Yin yoga and the gongs. Yin is slow, deep stretching where each pose is held for several minutes. I think Yin will dovetail wonderfully with the deep vibrations of the gongs. The class will be led by Cindy and she will prompt each pose but they won't be explained. Sunday at 6pm is the normal time slot for Yin and many will be familiar with the flow. You do not have to do the yoga portion, but it might be fun to try! Plan on an extended savasana.
