Join Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux and The Gong Lab for a special #GongMaster Training at the Roosevelt Baths in Saratoga Springs June 6th-8th.
The Bodywork Guild will also be extending 21 continuing education credit hours upon completion of the class (for NYS Licensed #Massage Therapists).
We are so excited to announce Don's visit to Saratoga Springs in this, his 88th year (we have been training with him since he was a spry 75!).
You have heard us reference Don and his non-stop global gong travels since the 1950's. He hasn't slowed down a bit, and we are delighted to have him stop in Saratoga Springs (after the gong events in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China; and before France, England, Poland and the Bosnian Pyramids!)

The current early registration for the Gong Lab community is $550 for all 3 days and includes a hearty lunch each day with vegan and gluten free options catered by 9 Miles East. We may have an opportunity to attend single classes as an auditor if space permits.
What to expect:
Class will be a mixture of lecture and hands on training on gongs and other sound instruments. It you are currently using sound or vibrational equipment please bring it along. We will have many gongs and other instruments for students to practice and experiment on.
Lectures cover an array of topics from the 18 ways of the gong master. Dive into sound healing theory, musical mechanics, meridian tonal relationships, and the nuts and bolts using #soundhealing devices with clients and delivering a sound healing session.
The class is geared toward the beginner, however advanced practitioners will certainly learn from Grand Gong Master Don.
There will be a few short breaks throughout the day and a 1 hour lunch break each day. The prices include lunch everyday (options of chicken and grains, vegan or paleo salads) from "9 Miles East" a farm to table restaurant.

Don Conreaux (formerly known as Baba Don and Guru Jagat) was one of the five original Kundalini Yoga Teachers designated by Yogi Bhajan in 1969 while also studying the gong writings of Dane Rudhyar. He established the Nanak Dwara Ashram Teacher Training after receiving his Kriya Initiation in 1953 with Paramahansa Yogananda.
Don has originated The Gong Yoga of Holistic Resonance, the title of Gong Master, the concepts of Gong Therapy and The Gong Bath, The Gong Puja, Spiritual Free Jazz, and Songs and Concerts for Humanity.
His Way of the Gong writings include: Gongs of Our Solar System, Magnum Opus of the Gong 1 & 2, Music of Wholeness, Gong Essays, Sacred Geometry of Starhenge, The Universal Chiometer, and The Kriya Kundalini Gong Yoga Manual MEM.seelv
