Saturday, June 2nd (Two Sessions) at 4PM and 5:30PM in Troy, New York

This is one of our longest standing and most popular events, recurring on "Every other 1st Saturday" of the month with the next one being in June. Reservations are required (I will update this note with the Facebook event page and Mindbody link when available).
Stay tuned as we announce more details for special events such as the Mechnicville public library in July and a planned summer event at Rise Yoga in Saratoga.
